With the Holidays starting in just a few short weeks, it’s time to start thinking about what to get all of the special people on your list. Instead of stressing on “the perfect gift”, check out the list of the best health & fitness gift ideas! You’re sure to find the perfect item for any fitness enthusiast on your list!
Fitmark Bags are the perfect solution for anybody who works out at a gym. However these are more than just your average gym bag! They make bags that fit all of your workout stuff PLUS school items (like laptops) for those fit students in your life. And they also make bags that not only hold your gym gear, but also have a removable lunch box to keep your meals cold all day. So if your special someone likes to pack their own lunch for work and then head to the gym right after, this is the bag for them! The lunch boxes are removable so if they don’t always carry food with them, they can remove the lunch box and have even more storage for other things. I personally like to use that extra compartment to hold shoes! You can check out the different types of bags they have HERE.

Everybody who works out needs a pair of great workout shoes! So why not gift that to them? If they like to do a mixture of cardio and strength then I would stick to a great pair of cross trainers. My personal favorites are Reebok Nanos and NoBulls. If they are a runner then go for a brand that’s known for their running shoes like Asics or Brooks.
Let’s face it, supplements can be expensive so why not help them out by gifting them their favorite supplement?? If you’re not sure what they like, I highly recommend you get them About Time supplements. Not only are they delicious, but they are all natural and have both whey and plant-based options. Not sure what to get them? Most people would like a container of protein powder, and the safest flavors to choose from would be chocolate or vanilla. Or maybe try to get them something a bit different, like a preworkout or BCAAs. Either way, they’ll definitely be thanking you!

If you’re unsure what brand to get, you can check out my article The Best Non-Slip Workout Headbands here. They are super comfortable and stay in place all day! They come in a thicker headband plus a thinner headband, depending on the person’s personal preferences.
