Shopping for a sports bra that is both comfy and supportive can be a big challenge. They’re either super soft but offer zero support. Or they are supportive but have way too much compression or underwire to be comfortable. That’s why I wanted to share with you my top 3 favorite sports bra that have the best of both worlds: comfort and support!

Champion T-Back Sports Bra

The Champion T-Back sports bra is probably my favorite! It has build-in molded cups, which means no more digging through the laundry for a removeable pad that fell out during the wash. Plus it has a lower neckline which is typically hard to find in most supportive sports bra. While I’m not against higher necklines, sometimes I don’t want my sports bra showing over my tank top.

Old Navy Powersoft Adjustable-Strap Sports Bra

The Powersoft Adjustable Sports Bra from Old Navy is labeled as offering medium support. Reasons I love this sports bra:

  • it has built-in molded cups
  • the straps are adjustable to ensure a perfect fit
  • it comes in a variety of fun colors and patterns

You can typically find this sports bra on sale at Old Navy.

Running Girl Medium Support Sports Bra

The Running Girl medium support sports bra is one of the few sports bras I like that has removeable pads. They wash well and don’t end up really wrinkly or bunched up. This bra has a cute strappy back, yet has thick enough shoulder straps that it’s also supportive. Plus it comes in a variety of fun colors!
